A Neighborhood of Children, Youth & Family Households that need Computer Networks/General Information Centers in a Community Collaborative Partnership - to operate Welfare, School, Prison, Military or Homeless-To-Home-To-Work (local resident business employment and ownership expansion programs) through Neighborhood/Government Safe Haven - Family Job-Life Instruction Resource Center Schools for their survival in the 21st Century.
How does a Block/Community Association Work?
You know the need! The Community Rebirth Organization Plan (CROP) Action Team's® United Block Captains' Association (UBCA) - Community Trust® operates as a Circle of Leadership® / Council of Elders® representing the will and spirit of the people in our community through a Neighborhood Transformation Initiative - Family-by-Family - Block-by-Block 'Community-risk Management' Program. The Circle/Council® operates through the creation of well organized and tightly regulated Block /Community Associations on the principle of its Membership Learning-by-Doing; All are welcome to join and learn-by-doing. The Circle/Council® acknowledges that all people have the capacity to know right from wrong. Through this capacity to know right from wrong, the best role function for each CROP participant will become known through the learning-by-doing process of its operations. All processes and programs of the CROP Action Team® follow the guidelines and requirements of the U.S. Constitution. The CROP Action Team® follows the guidelines and requirements of the U.S. Constitution, in order to achieve 'Moral and Economic Justice' that results in our physical and economic survival through the 21st Century. Physical and economic survival for our people in a framework of Peace and Prosperity with 'Economic and Social Justice', through the full actualization of our rights as citizens under the U.S. Constitution as amended.
What can a Block /Community Association do for you?
Build a Community Social and Economic Infrastructure (a money making program - that gets the people paid) that:
