The CROPÔ Action Team Underwriting Group® Economic Investment Development Marketing Program brings International Lending Agency and investment capital from United States Citizens of Foreign National Heritage into their foreign countries under favorable terms. In order to get support the foreign governments must show that they are moving to build up the civilian public education system and other institutions, private sector support and environment protection reforms. The African American Global Africa Development Center and the American Global Development Center Groups provide environmental protection, enforcement protection program technology, as well as technology for implementing legal institutional reforms to support worker ownership in foreign countries for their public and private sectors.

HOW THE PROGRAMS WORK FOR FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The CROPÔ Action Team - Center for Economic and Social Justice's (CESJ's) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) business organization technology is a plan for some workers to own the business/company where they work. Under the ESOP worker strategy coupled with distance learning technology, labor and capital outflow from the foreign country is minimized (i.e. stops the brain drain). The implementation of environmental safeguards brings foreign countries in line with the United Nations and International Lending Agency loan requirements.

The CROPÔ Action Team Procurement Center Representative for Distance Learning Programs' Aim is to:

1. Make selected foreign national workers business owner-operators (i.e. makes workers "stake-holders" in the wealth development of their country).

2. Have some workers participate in management of the organizations where they work for through foreign national ESOP programs.

3. The workers now get income/wealth from capital as well as their labor contributions to businesses operated in foreign countries.

4. The government will be leading the way for wealth creation, that stays within, through extending the benefits of capital ownership and distance learning to the ordinary worker. The upgraded technically trained worker then pays for company ownership under the ESOP plans at a higher productivity wage and profits level.

5. Bring foreign investment capital to the foreign country for infrastructure development in the foreign country's public and private business sectors featuring partnership agreements.

6. Create a modern distance learning education delivery system based on computer age technology that provides the agriculture and other industry workforces with the training needed to move the agriculture and other industries through the 21st century.

Our reasoning for offering job-life insurance agency/brokerage services to the community through community-based alliance partnerships, is that the emergence of cybernetic mass production economies across North America and the rest of the industrialized world, presents an unprecedented opportunity for the liberation of human beings from all forms of economic slavery and/or involuntary servitude. The mass employment and mass manufacturing paradigm has been supplanted by a down-sized labor force cybenetic economic paradigm but our social institutions continue to operate as if  world society still was operating under a mass-production - mass-employment economy which is causing much of the social and economic dislocation that world socieety is experiencing.

A new insurance operational procedure for business is needed to be established.  The new insurance operational procedure required is a community- management policy that supports the expansion of a socially just human development support delivery system. The human development support delivery system is designed to provide effective public education, integrating assessment with instruction - therapy and the facilitation of expanded worker and consumer ownership of private enterprise corporations in order to generate sufficient income so that the management of abundance dilemma that we are faced with can be resolved.

To begin addressing the management of abundance dilemma, the CROPÔ Action Team Underwriting Group®has established strategic community- based alliance partnerships centered around education.   The CROPÔ Action Team Underwriting Group®also  includies in our mission objective support for human capacity building. Furthermore, we are participating in the pro-active development of education and training resources in the field of insurance community at-risk support services through the operations of Allied Trades and Building Construction Conservation Crafts Association. The pro-active development process involves a strategic private alliance partnership with the following organizations: Omni-community Charter School (OCS) Campus of Distance Learners; Data Spectrum; IMSSÔ (instructional management support systemsÔ ) Team; Data Spectrum - The-Job-Market Ô / 3ADC - The-Job-MarketÔ / AGDC - The-Job-Market Ô Center for Economic and Social Justice (CESJ); People Empowerment Credit Union (PECUÔ );The North and West Philadelphia Business Association Alliances; African American Global Africa Development Center (3ADC); American Global Development Center (AGDC); People Empowerment Mutual Insurance Group, Inc.; and United Block Captains' Association (UBCA) - Community Trust (for family life improvement), Inc.; and a foreign national interest community partner to establish a US Twin Cities - Community Trust (for Family Life Improvement) as a community partner organization offering the government of foreign countries various business and community economic development and environmental protection program opportunities for the growth of their global public and private business communities.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:

The CROPÔ Action Team Underwriting Group® negotiates life and health insurance contracts, community- management consultant contracts to establish local neighborhood governments and villages as "small village municipalities", successfully establishing association relationships with local business associations for merchant processing and the establishment of computer technology training centers.

The CROPÔ Action Team Underwriting Group® is also establishing relationships through (Limited Liability Partnerships), general trust partnership management with individuals and other entities as part of its outsource partnership management integration operation.

Plans are currently being worked on to provide mutual insurance company based property and casualty insurance contracts, surplus/excess lines contracts and to expand to other financial services markets that can supplement the delivery of diversified insurance and financial management support services (community- management support), in targeted distressed communities and their growing need for the creation of "small village municipalities" as new community institutional self-accountability enforcement and operational management standards in community economic development.
